Shawn Halan has been impressive and stellar! He is highly professional, high integrity, engaging, knowledgeable, prompt, resourceful and cares about your needs. My family and I leased a beautiful spacious home in Nellie Gail for five years from Shawn. He was always resourceful with the best contacts to maintain the property at reasonable prices. My family and I enjoyed living at this house and breathtaking community of horse trails and nature. With any home there is 'wear and tear'. We experienced a few problems from landscaping and interior issues but nothing that could not be solved. Shawn was genuinely concerned about having things repaired but at a fair cost. My gardener was incredible to work with both hard working and honest. I wanted him to continue the landscaping after our lease expired. However Shawn had his own gardener in mind for a lower price to keep the property looking immaculate! He has never wavered in his high standards of caring for the real estate.
