My family and I enjoyed living at this house and breathtaking community of horse trails and nature. With any home there is 'wear and tear'. We experienced a few problems from landscaping and interior issues but nothing that could not be solved. Shawn was genuinely concerned about having things repaired but at a fair cost. My gardener was incredible to work with both hard working and honest. I wanted him to continue the landscaping after our lease expired. However Shawn had his own gardener in mind for a lower price to keep the property looking immaculate! He has never wavered in his high standards of caring for the real estate.
